USER LICENSE

This End-User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Hypervisual for the computer software product identified above, and online or electronic documentation ("PROGRAM"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the PROGRAM, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the PROGRAM.

32 Cards Freeware Version is freeware (freely distributable, free of charge software). No kind of registration or payment is due for its installation and use and nobody can charge for the PROGRAM or its files. Hypervisual cannot guarantee that future versions will be free. You can copy and distribute the PROGRAM freely provided all files remain intact and are kept together within the original archive. None of the files contained in this archive, in integral or partial form, may be used for anything other than the original application. No person or company may charge a distribution fee without written permission from Hypervisual.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or transfer the PROGRAM, or any subset of the PROGRAM, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

32 Cards Freeware Version is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. Use it at your own risk. the author will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software.

COPYRIGHT

All title and copyrights in and to the PROGRAM (including but not limited to any images, animations, video, audio, music and text incorporated into the PROGRAM) and any copies of the PROGRAM are owned solely by Hypervisual. These rights are protected by the Brazilian Copyright Law 9.610/98. The PROGRAM is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the PROGRAM like any other copyrighted material except that you may install the PROGRAM on a single computer provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes. This software is subject to other local legislation and to the protection of the Berne Convention (concerning Rights of the Author) and the Agreement on the Aspects of Intellectual Property relative to Trade TRIPs established within the ambit of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
