This Software Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between
you and Andrey Krutikov. By installing this Software, by loading or
running the Software, by placing or copying the Software onto your hard drive,
or by distributing the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this
Agreement. These are the only terms by which Andrey Krutikov permits copying or use.

LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR JongPuzzle3D

General terms:

1. THE SOFTWARE.
The Software licensed under this agreement is the computer program JongPuzzle3D,
which consists of executable files, data files, and documentation.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE.
Andrey Krutikov grants you the right to the use Software in accordance with the
terms of this Agreement. You may load the software into RAM as well as install
it on a hard disk or other storage device. You may not modify, translate,
disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile.
2.1. EVALUATION VERSION LICENSE.
You may evaluate the evaluation version for maximum of thirty calendar days,
after which you must register the Software or remove it from your computer.
You may distribute copies of the evaluation version of the Software freely to
other users, provided that any copy must contain the original, unaltered files
and proprietary notices. You have the ability to register the evaluation
version at any time by purchasing a registration code from Andrey Krutikov. This
will convert the Software into the registered version, and the Registered
Version License below will then apply.

2.2. REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE.
When you register the Software, you will receive a personal registration code
that will enable you to unlock the evaluation version of the Software into the
full registered version. You agree not to distribute your registration code to
others and to use it only for your own personal use of the Software. You
acknowledge that distribution of your registration code to others, whether
intentional or unintentional, could damage me both financially and
professionally. Therefore, you agree to keep your registration code
confidential. Any unauthorized distribution of your registration code will
result in immediate and automatic termination of your license.

3. COPYRIGHT.
The Software is owned by Andrey Krutikov and is protected by
United States copyright laws and international treaties. You must treat the
Software like any other copyrighted material, except that you may make copies
of the evaluation version of the Software to give to other persons under the
terms of this Agreement. You may not distribute copies of any registration
code to other users. Except as expressly licensed by Andrey Krutikov. Andrey
Krutikov reserves the exclusive copyright and all other rights, title and
interest to distribute the Software.

4. NO WARRANTY.
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND WITHOUT
WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILTY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND DIRECT OR
INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FORM THE USE OR INSTALLATION OF THE PROGRAM AND
FILES.

5. DISTRIBUTION.
Andrey Krutikov allows and encourages all web sites, on-line services, shareware
disk vendors, CD-ROM vendors, bulletin board systems, and end-users to freely
distribute the evaluation version of this Software. If you wish to distribute
the Software, you may obtain the most recent version from
http://www.softakgames.com. It is generally not necessary to contact SoftAK
for authorization, and you may begin offering the evaluation version
immediately.
