Action Backup is a perfect solution for backing up files on schedule. Its wide range of features allows Action Backup to quickly and easily create a backup copy of any data on your computer. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License Agreement (hereinafter Agreement) is an offer and contains the procedure and all considerable terms and conditions according to which you (hereinafter User or Licensee) use the software program Action Backup (hereinafter Software).

According to this Agreement, company Soft-Action.Inc (hereinafter Right holder or Licensor), who holds the exclusive property copyright for the software program Action Backup, shall grant the User (directly or through third parties) a nonexclusive right to use the Software limited to the right to install and run the Software according to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement (a simple nonexclusive license).

ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER (LICENSE AGREEMENT)

This offer (license agreement) is considered accepted by the User if the following two conditions are met:

1) Selecting the 'I accept the terms and conditions of this License Agreement' item while installing the Software and a click on the 'Next' button by the User means the unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement by the User.

2) The fact that the User makes an order, pays for it or is granted nonexclusive rights from the Licensor or authorized third parties to use the Software according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement indicates that the User unconditionally accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

TRANSFER AND COST OF RIGHTS

According to this License Agreement, the User must obtain nonexclusive rights to use the Software from the Licensor (directly or from authorized third parties) within 15 days from the moment of accepting the offer. Completing the procedure of registering the Software is considered the moment of transferring the rights to the User. For registering the Software, the User must pay a fixed fee the amount of which is determined by the terms and conditions of the User's agreement with the party granting these rights. In case the User refuses to obtain the rights (fails to obtain them within the specified period), the Agreement is considered invalid.

THE USER MAY

- Use the Software for an unlimited period of time and without any functional limitations after the nonexclusive rights to use the Software is transferred to the User.

OTHER PROVISIONS

The unregistered trial version of the Software may be freely distributed (except the cases mentioned below) only in the form it is supplied in, i.e. without any modifications.

Neither any company nor any individual person may charge for distributing the Software without written consent from the copyright holder.

THE SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED 'AS IS'. NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE GIVEN. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR HIS AUTHORIZED PARTNERS ARE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, INCOME LOSS OR ANY OTHER TYPES OF LOSSES RELATED TO THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE SOFTWARE.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, lease, lend, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, transfer the licensed copy of the software or its part in any way other than described herein. Any such unauthorized use results in the immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

The registration keys of the Software must not be distributed beyond the area controlled by the person or persons who have bought the original license without written consent from the copyright holder.

If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this license, you must remove the Software files from your storage devices and cease to use the Software.
