Addictive Software authorizes you to make copies of this software only for
back-up purposes. You may not distribute this software to others. You may
not modify this software or documentation in any way without advanced written
permission from Addictive Software.

This software may be used only by a single developer on one or more computers.
Larger group projects using this software must purchase a license for for each
developer in the group. Contact Addictive Software for group discounts and
site license information.

You may distribute your compiled applications based on Addict, provided your
application does not expose Addict's functionality for use by developers in
their products. You may not distribute any part of Addict's source code or
compiled code in any form. You may not use Addict to create controls or
components for use by other developers without prior written permission from
Addictive Software.

If you are dissatisfied with Addict for any reason that cannot be corrected by
Addictive Software, you may return it for a full refund at any time up to 30
days after purchase.

Addict is supplied as is. Addictive Software disclaims all warranties,
expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of
merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. Addictive Software assumes no
liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use
of Addict beyond the original purchase price of Addict.
