End User License Agreement (EULA) for Aeco A1 (SOFTWARE) is legal agreement between you and Rastislav Vejo (The Author).

By installing, copying, downloading, or otherwise using this SOFTWARE, or any files provided with it, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. If you do not agree with this License Agreement, do not download or install the SOFTWARE or you must promptly remove the SOFTWARE from your computer, and cease any and all use of it.


SOFTWARE LICENSE

Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the SOFTWARE shall remain in The Author. The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.


GRANT OF LICENSE

The Author grants you a personal, nonexclusive and limited license to install and use this SOFTWARE for the purposes set forth herein. Unless you have purchased additional licenses, you may only install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE, provided that you are the only individual using the SOFTWARE.

The term of this license is perpetual, unless terminated under the conditions provided in the License Agreement.

Trial Period License
You may download and use the SOFTWARE for free for 30 days after installation ("Trial Period"). During the Trial Period, The Author grants you a limited, non-exclusive and not transferable license copy and use the SOFTWARE for evaluation purposes only.

License after Trial Period
To continue use this SOFTWARE after this Trial Period, you are required to purchase a license. To purchase a license, visit The Author's website http://www.vejosoft.com/software/aeco-a1. Purchased license shall apply to the current version of Aeco A1 and any future versions of Aeco A1 up through and including version 1.99.999.

The Author reserves right within its sole discretion to modify terms of its license for all future versions of Aeco A1.

No refunds. Because the SOFTWARE is provided free of charge during the Trial Period to allow evaluate and test it before paying the license fee, The Author enforces a strict no-refund policy. Please evaluate and test the SOFTWARE carefully during Trial Period. Once you pay the license fee, your payment is final and may not be reimbursed.

You may not transfer a license, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, lend, copy, modify, market, resell for profit, transmit or otherwise distribute the SOFTWARE, any component hereof, or any file provided with the distribution.

You may not modify the SOFTWARE or create derivate works based upon the SOFTWARE.


DISCLAIMER

The SOFTWARE, any component hereof, and any files distributed with the SOFTWARE, is provided "as is", and there is no warranty of any kind, either express or implied - including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. The risk as the quality and performance of the program is with you, and the licensor will not be held responsible for any damage or loss, to your person or property, as incidental or consequential result of installing or using this SOFTWARE.


TERMINATION

Your license to use the SOFTWARE is effective from the date you agree to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. Your license is automatically terminated if you fail to comply with the limitations described in the License Agreement, and no notice shall be required from the licensor to effectuate such termination. Upon termination of this License Agreement for any reason, you shall make no further use of the SOFTWARE, and shall destroy all copies hereof, and shall not be entitled to any claims or refunds.
