LEGAL AGREEMENT

This document is the entire and exclusive legal Agreement between you, the Licensee, and Animation Technologies LTD, the Licensor. Please read this Agreement carefully before installing the Product. By installing the Product, you accept the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, quit this installation procedure and promptly delete the files.

This License Agreement replaces and supersedes all prior negotiations, dealings, and agreements between Licensor and Licensee regarding this Software.

COPYRIGHT
The AnimaShooter (the 'Product') is owned by Animation Technologies LTD and is protected by international copyright laws.

LICENSE
Animation Technologies LTD grants you a non-exclusive licence to use the Product on a single user computer, or on a single terminal or workstation of a multi-user computer, or on multiple computers as determined by your purchase.

COPY RESTRICTIONS
a. This Product is copyrighted and is proprietary product of Animation Technologies LTD. You may make one copy of the Product for backup or archival purposes. All other copying of the Product is expressly forbidden.
b. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, copy, transfer, or otherwise use the main binary executable file of the Product except as expressly stated in this Agreement.
c. You may not transfer and give access to license key to third parties. The license key is the confidential information.
d. You may not rent the Product or give it for temporary use.
e. You may not use any of Design elements of the Product separately of the Product.

PRIVACY
By activating the Product you express your explicit consent for capturing and storing of your 'personal information' and non-personal device-level information including the transfer of this information to other countries for storage, processing and use by Animation Technologies LTD and its affiliates.

End User information captured and stored:
1. One-way Hash: Information that identify parts of the computer are put through a special function (called a 'one-way hash') that turns the information into one code number that is unique to the end user’s computer but cannot be deciphered (or reverse engineered) to determine what those components are. Only this hash value is sent to the activation server and not the details on the computer parts.
2. Computer Name / ID.
3. License Activation Email (optional).
4. License Activation Password (optional).
5. Your camera model name.
No other information is captured or stored. You can withdraw your consent at any time. See 'Right to be forgotten' section below.

SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
We use software_DNA system, developed by softWORKZ Innovation Inc. (www.softworkz.com) as our Licensing Management service. 'Personal Information' is stored in encrypted form in the software_DNA system. Management of Encryption Keys is governed by softWORKZ Innovation Inc. Data Security policies and overseen by softWORKZ Innovation Inc. Data Protection Officer. softWORKZ Innovation Inc. do not share this information with 3rd parties.
'Personal Information' is stored in encrypted form on software_DNA system servers. If none of the optional information is provided (email address and registration information) then no personal information will be transferred and stored. We strongly recommend that no important personal passwords be used for the activation password, or a password that personally identifies the end user.

ACCESS TO YOUR 'PERSONAL INFORMATION'
To get access to the 'personal information' stored by the software_DNA System, send an electronic letter to support@animashooter.com.

RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN
To withdraw your consent, send an electronic letter to support@animashooter.com to confirm that you wish to withdraw your consent. Your License will continue to be ACTIVE.

BREACH NOTIFICATION
We are commited to inform you, the Licensee, of any breach of 'Personal Information' and provide any assistance required.

LIMITED WARRANTY
The Product is supplied 'AS IS'. Animation Technologies LTD disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the Product. Animation Technologies LTD does not guarantee to the User operation of Product upon expiry of validity of the License agreement.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
Animation Technologies LTD assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the Product, even if Animation Technologies LTD has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller will be limited to refund the purchase price.

Licensee agrees to defend and indemnify Licensor and hold Licensor harmless from all claims, losses, damages, complaints, or expenses connected with or resulting from Licensee's business operations.

TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate this license at any time by destroying all copies of the Product. This license will terminate automatically, without notice from Animation Technologies LTD, if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon such termination, you shall destroy all copies of the Product. Animation Technologies LTD has the right to block your license key in case of infringement of conditions of the present agreement by the you.
