BlueSeal Contact Manager Enterprise is the professional, branch-independant, network-enabled and user-friendly contact management software for medium and small companies as well as self-employed persons. It is absolutely network-enabled. Freeware. One precondition is the installation of Access 2003 or higher or the Access runtime version, which you can download free of charge from Microsoft, BSCM is the nerve centre of yourcompany. Extensive functionality and the ability to administer a big data pool will soon make this software indispensable. It supports business professionals and teams independent of sector with the centralised contact administration and the individual customer support. The BSCM always allows you to have the right information at the right time at the right place. The contact details can easily be transferred to various office-related products (MS Office, OpenOffice etc.). The integration in existing IT environments is simplified thereby. As some of the most important features we should like to mention the following: import of Outlook contacts, export to Outlook, ability for many to be used in networks at the same time, broad search features, a practically unlimited number of contacts per company, task management, task-list by the company or client as well as in general without connection to a company, document links: a practically unlimited number of document links per company record, various possibilities to export data, contact sheets for any contact etc. The BSCM can be individually adapted to your needs. This end-user licence agreement is a legally effective agreement between you (either as natural person or a legal entity ) and the developer of the abovementioned software product as stated on http://www.blueseal.eu (blueseal.eu) for the above-mentioned software product.

By installing, copying or otherwise using the software, you declare that you are bound by the provisions of this licence agreement. If you do not agree to the provisions of this licence agreement, you are not entitled to install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected both by copyright laws and by other laws and agreements concerning intellectual property. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed but not sold.

GRANTING OF LICENCE This licence agreement grants you the use of the abovementioned product provided that the following rights are respected:

A. COPYRIGHT: The ownership and copyright in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, including all components contained in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, in the accompanying printed material and in each copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT lie with blueseal.eu or his/her suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright law and international copyright provisions. B. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
In spite of the most meticulous programming, blueseal.eu does not claim freedom of error. Blueseal.eu grants no guarantee or warranty in respect of the results achieved through use of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT or otherwise for other damage arising through it.

C. APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
The law of the country of residence of the author (as stated on http://www.blueseal.eu/) shall apply, in any case the law of a country of the European Union. The place of jurisdiction is the place of residence of the author, in any case a place in the European Union.
