IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE, AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT OF ANY UNAVOIDABLE STATUTARY LIABILITY. LICENSE AGREEMENT: This license applies to the registered version of Browser Password Recovery Tool. If you are using an evaluation version of Browser Password Recovery Tool, see the section titled "Evaluation License" below. (a) Registered Version Each Licensed Copy of Browser Password Recovery Tool may either be used by a single person or used simultaneously by multiple people who use the software personally installed on a single workstation. EVALUATION LICENSE: The following license applies to the evaluation version of Browser Password Recovery Tool. If you have purchased a license for the registered version of Browser Password Recovery Tool, see the section "License Agreement" above. (b) Evaluation and Registration This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for few lesser function had been disabled. If you want to use full functions of this software a registration fee is required. When payment is received you will be sent a registration code that will unlock all the product features. (c) Distribution of Evaluation Version Provided that you verify that you are distributing the evaluation version you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND OWNERSHIP: PC Trek shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of PC Trek. PC Trek reserves the right to grant licences to use the Software to third parties. TERMINATION: This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to PC Trek. It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.
