Software License Agreement For CLWeather


Before proceeding with the installation and/or use of this software, carefully read the following terms and conditions of this license agreement and and limited warranty (The "Agreement").

By installing or using this software you indicate your acceptance of this agreement. If you do not accept or agree with theseterms, you may not install or use this software !



1. LICENSE

CLWeather software, including documentation, source code, object code and/or additional materials (THE "SOFTWARE") is owned by clutl, Inc. This agreement does not provide you with title or ownership of product, but only a right of limited use as outlined in this license agreement.


2. DISTRIBUTION

The Software may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the Software without written permission from the copyright holder.


3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.You may not rent, lease or sublicense the Software. You may not modify the Software or create derivative works based upon the Software.
