LICENCE



You should read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this licence agreement and warranty.



SOFTWARE LICENCE :



You may:



1. Use the Software CHEMMATHS unregistered version on one or more computers for no more than thirty days. After thirty days, unless properly registered, the software must be deleted from the computers it is used on



2. Copy the Software for backup purposes, provided any copy must contain all of the original Software's proprietary notices.



You may not:



1. Permit other individuals to use the Software except under the terms listed in this agreement.



2. Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction), or create derivative works based on the Software.



3. Rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.



4. Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.



The Software is protected by copyright laws and treaties. Title and related rights in the content accessed through the Software is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable law. This Licence gives you no rights to such content.



TERMINATION.



The licence will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.



REGISTERED VERSION.



One registered copy of CHEMMATHS may either be used by a single person who uses the Software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.



You may make one copy of the program as a backup copy only.



You may not Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction), or create derivative works based on the Software.



You may access the registered version of CHEMMATHS through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licences for the Software covering all workstations that will access the Software through the network. Contact info@cesd.com, for information about obtaining more than one licence.



The unlock key is for use by the registered user only, for the number of Licence versions of CHEMMATHS purchased. Report fraudulent distribution of unlock keys by contacting support@cesd.com







DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.



THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which CHEMMATHS may be placed, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.





LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.



UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL CHEMENG SOFTWARE DESIGN BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES. IN NO EVENT WILL CHEMENG SOFTWARE DESIGN BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT CHEMENG SOFTWARE DESIGN RECEIVED FROM YOU FOR A LICENCE TO THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF CHEMENG SOFTWARE DESIGN SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE LAW PROHIBITS SUCH LIMITATION. FURTHERMORE, SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
