CoachStat Baseball requires a minimum operating system of Windows XP Since it is impossible to test the program on every computer, this program is offered without warranty as to its ability to run on any given machine.

The software is licensed and delivered on an 'as is' basis. The author makes no other warranties, either expressed or implied, by stature or otherwise, regarding this software product. its quality, its performance, its merchantability, or its fitness for any particular purpose.

When first installed on a computer, this software offers a 15-day trial period which can be used to determine if the program meets your needs. After the trial period, the program Is disabled. You can select 'Register' from the 'Help Menu' at any time to register this product. A license is required for each computer on which CoachStat Baseball is running. A “Personal License” allows a single user to install CoachStat Baseball 2 on a maximum of 2 computers for use solely by that individual. “Site Licenses” are available which cover every Windows computer at a given site and allow networking of the software.

The 'Settings' file or the registration code may not be shared with other users.
