Cookie Monitor is a small utility designed to be used with the Microsoft Windows Internet Explorer web browser. Cookie Monitor scans the Cookies folder and automatically removes site cookies that you've selected for blocking. Most cookies are benign, but some are not. Clicking your mouse on this icon will hide and reveal the main Cookie Monitor window on the desktop.
