1. LICENSE GRANT.
This software (DVD Audio Extractor) is SHAREWARE. This means the software is free to try in a 30 day trial period. After that, you must register your copy if you decide to keep the software. Otherwise you should remove it totally from your computer.
Once registered, you are granted the right to use one copy of this SOFTWARE on any single system for as many licenses as you purchase. You are expected to use the SOFTWARE on your system and to thoroughly evaluate its usefulness and functionality before making a purchase. This "try before you buy" approach is the ultimate guarantee that the SOFTWARE will perform to your satisfaction; therefore, you understand and agree that there is no refund policy for any purchase of the SOFTWARE.

2. OWNERSHIP.
The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by Computer Application Studio. Your license confers no title or ownership in the SOFTWARE and should not be construed as a sale of any right in the SOFTWARE.

3. COPYRIGHT.
The copyright and intellectual property rights of this SOFTWARE, and all its documentation, are owned by Computer Application Studio, and are protected by copyright laws of the People’s Republic of China and international intellectual property right treaties. You may not copy any portion of the SOFTWARE or documentation in any form, except to use this SOFTWARE in accordance with the terms of the agreement or to make one copy for backup purposes. You may not alter the SOFTWARE in any way.

4. UNAUTHORIZED USE.
You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the SOFTWARE except as provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

5. DISTRIBUTION.
You can make as many copies of the shareware version of this SOFTWARE and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original version to anyone; and distribute the SOFTWARE and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.

6. LEGAL USE.
Computer Application Studio respects the rights of artists and film companies, and the proper use of the SOFTWARE does not violate those rights. You cannot copy DVD disks in order to sell or give away copies, or for any commercial purpose.

7. THIRD PARTY LIBRARY.
A binary copy of OGG/Vorbis library is included in this SOFTWARE. OGG/Vorbis library is licensed by Xiph.Org Foundation.
A binary copy of LAME mp3 library is included in this SOFTWARE. LAME mp3 library is licensed by www.mp3deb.org.
A binary copy of libFLAC library is included in this SOFTWARE. libFLAC library is licensed by Xiph.Org Foundation.

8. LIMITED WARRANTY.
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. COMPUTER APPLICATION STUDIO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCURRED BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE. THE PERSON USING THE SOFTWARE BEARS ALL RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.
