1. THIS AGREEMENT.
This license agreement is a legal agreement between you the end user (either as an individual or an entity) and the authors of Duplicate Sweeper herein after referred to as the authors. This software and any of its supporting documentation are herein after referred to as the product.

By installing or using the product, you indicate your complete and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement promptly remove the product from your computer.

The authors' reserves the right, at their discretion, to change or modify all or any part of this Agreement at any time, effective immediately upon notice published on http://www.wideanglesoftware.com/duplicatesweeper/. Your continued use of the product constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms and conditions, including any changes or modifications made by the authors as permitted above. If at any time the terms and conditions of this Agreement are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately cease all use of the product.



2. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
THIS PRODUCT MAY BE USED FOR LAWFULL PURPOSES ONLY.



3. LIMITED WARRANTY:
THIS PROGRAM AND ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION OR DELIVERY OF THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH PRODUCT EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT EXCLUSIVE TO THE LOSS OF DATA OR DAMAGE TO ANY EQUIPMENT.



5. PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION
You are entitled to download this product and use it for a specified trial period. The period of this trial and the limitations of the product during this time may be subject to change by the authors without prior notice. Once this trial period has expired you agree to either (a)Uninstall the software or (b) purchase a registration key to convert the demonstration program into a full registered copy of the product. Following clearance of payment you become a registered owner of this product. By registering this program you declare the product to be fit for your purposes.



6.A REFUND POLICY.
A refund is available for the product providing the request for a refund is received by the authors within 30 days of having placed an order for the product. The authors retain the right to withhold a refund at their discretion. Having received a refund, you must uninstall the product from your computer. You also agree not to reinstall the product without placing another order for the product.

7. PRIVACY
If you register the demo version of this product your e-mail address may be kept by the authors. This e-mail address will be used to inform you of important updates to the product. Your e-mail address will not be passed onto any third parties or be used by the authors for any other purpose than to communicate with you concerning the product. You may request to be removed from this mailing list at any time by contacting the authors at support@wideanglesoftware.com
