TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF E-STOCK WEB
The following terms and conditions of use constitute a legal agreement between you (hereinafter the User) and PRNET (service offered by Pablo Ramírez).

By accessing, browsing the site and / or using the E-Stock Web software (hereinafter the Service) the User is accepting that he has read, understood and agreed to abide by these terms and comply with all applicable regulations and laws.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT
The E-Stock Web program and everything on the page is the property of PRNET and its rights are protected by the legislation of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay regarding the protection and promotion of intellectual property and by all national and international regulations about.

The hiring of the Service as well as possible adaptations, mediated developments or other tasks performed by PRNET on it, do not grant you the right to intellectual property or authorship, or to make functional, design, or feature modifications to the program, all which is strictly prohibited.

LICENSE
The hiring of the Service grants the User the right to use it only for the duration of the hiring period. Being a Web Service, the User may access it from any computer that meets the necessary technical requirements.

The same client may hire as many Users as necessary. Each User may access the Service from only one computer equipment at a time, in one session of the Service at a time.

The Service can only be used by accessing the server (s) provided for such use by PRNET, the User being prohibited from installing or using the service on his own server.

The Service cannot be contracted through distributors or resellers, but only through PRNET.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
The technical support covers only the Service provided by PRNET, not including in it, problems of the computer equipment, either hardware or software, or user network infrastructure, etc.

The technical support consists of the response to queries made by the User regarding the use of the Service, the solution of problems reported by the User or detected by PRNET, and the inclusion of improvements or new features that PRNET has deemed necessary or beneficial for the Service.

PRNET will attempt to respond to inquiries or requests for technical support within 24 business hours of receiving them except by chance or force majeure. The subsequent delay in responding to the query or solving the request for technical support may vary according to the technical difficulties that it presents, and there is no deadline for its solution.

LIMITED LIABILITY
The Service is hosted on a Server managed by PRNET that is located in the Data Center of an Internet service provider (PSI), which in PRNET's opinion is the best for the provision of the Service.

Given the characteristics of the Internet and the services provided through it, PRNET is not responsible for any temporary or definitive interruption of the Service or the Server nor guarantees the security or absence of failures in the Service or the Server.

PRNET is not responsible for failures, cuts, losses or any damage to the User that were caused by the Server or the management of the PSI nor will it be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damage caused by the use of the Service.

PRNET will make reasonable efforts and within its reach to maintain the proper functioning of the Service and, in the event of possible interruptions, it will endeavor to do what is possible for its prompt restoration.

The User must verify that the software works correctly and meets their needs for use during the trial and verification period.

PRNET does not guarantee the correct functioning of the software, nor does it comply with all the needs or expectations of the User.

Once the payment has been made, the customer will be considered satisfied with the purchased product or contracted service and that he has tested and verified that it works correctly and meets his expectations, and that he knows the quality and limitations of the same. No money returns are made after the payment corresponding to the contracting of the Service has been made.

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
PRNET will endeavor to maintain the privacy of the data and information provided by the User but will not be responsible for any attack, incident or failure in the security of the Service or the Server, nor for the unauthorized access or interference of third parties that affect the confidentiality of the data or information belonging to the User.

The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his password and account, as well as everything that happens under them and undertakes to immediately notify PRNET of any unauthorized use of his password or account or any other aspect of security, and make sure you leave your account at the end of each session.

The User agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding this agreement and the information he accesses when hiring and using the Service.

This document may not be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, for any purpose, without the prior written permission of PRNET.

RESTRICTIONS OF USE
The User agrees not to attempt to damage, deny, cut the service or otherwise interfere with the PRNET Service.

It is strictly forbidden to use the Service by the User for illegal purposes, as well as to load data of illegal, immoral, pornographic, harmful or at odds with public order or good customs.

PRNET will not provide support of any kind to Users who have breached this document in any of its terms or with the commercial agreements made at the time of contracting the Service.

In case of non-compliance PRNET may cancel the Service to the User or customer (if it has more than one User) at the time it deems appropriate without having to make any money back.

TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE
The User may stop using the Service at any time. The monthly fee for contracting the Service will not be prorated, but will be charged all month regardless of the date the customer leaves the Service.

PRNET will delete all User data and information stored by it in the Service, as well as access to it, 30 days after the User leaves the Service, the User not having the right to claim or request data of any kind. .

PRNET may at any time cancel the provision of the Service, and must notify the User that he will no longer have the Service or the data stored therein at least 30 days prior to cancellation.

REVISION OF THE TERMS
PRNET may at any time, without prior notice and without the consent of the User make modifications to the Service and the terms and conditions of use thereof, the User being subject to such modifications.

Modifications and updates to the Service and the terms and conditions of use thereof will be notified on the home page for informational purposes only.

PRNET is not responsible for errors in the drafting of this document and denies any responsibility for any other guarantee or condition, whether expressly established or implied by law.


APPLICABLE LAW AND JURIDICTION
This agreement will be interpreted in accordance with Uruguayan legislation.

For any dispute arising from this agreement and the contracting of the Service, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Montevideo, Eastern Republic of Uruguay.
