E-Z Contact Book is an easy-to-use yet powerful Windows program to store and manage contact information. You can use it as a business directory, customer database, or personal contact address/phone/email book. Phone numbers, emails, web pages, business- and home addresses, customer notes - you can maintain all this data in an organized format. You can start sending emails, open web pages and locate addresses in Google Maps in one click. Built-in reminders won't let you forget about birthdays and other important events. The program has a simple, intuitive interface with a quick and powerful 'wildcard' search feature.

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Vendor of this Software ("Dmitri Karshakevich") for the Software Product "E-Z Contact Book". The Software Product also includes any updates and supplements to original software provided to you.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this EULA, you are not permitted to use the Software Product in any way, and all copies of it must be deleted from your system(s).

The Software Product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

License and Registration

A unique License Key is provided to you by the Vendor via email upon the purchase of a license. Registration of the license is required to run the Software on a specific computer. You can register the Software using the License Key on the number of computers determined by your purchase choice.
The Licensee is responsible for maintaining the License Key as confidential information.

The license can be transferred from one computer to another while the Software is operational. To transfer the license, the Software must be unregistered on one computer and registered on the other.

Software Maintenance and Updates

Vendor periodically releases updates to existing version of the Software. Updates for existing version are free of charge for as long as it is supported.
The Vendor is not obligated to, but may provide free email support.

Proprietary Rights

The Software is owned exclusively by the Vendor, and this license does not transfer any ownership of the Software to you.

No Derivative Works

The Licensee agrees not to modify, translate, disassemble, de-compile or in any other way create derivative works of the Software.

Limitation of Liability

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED.
