Licensing agreement

This is a licensing agreement for the right to use a product. The licensee has the right to use this product subject to certain terms and conditions. This agreement sets forth the material provisions including both permitted and prohibited uses of the software.

The software you are about to use including all of its intellectual assets such as copyrights, algorithms, source codes and technical documentation is owned entirely by EyeComTec (LAZgroup SA). Upon special arrangement, EyeComTec will issue free non-exclusive, non-transferrable licenses for any non-commercial, charitable or private use. If you do wish to use this software for any commercial uses, a license will be required and you can contact the company directly for one.

In defining the terms and limits of use, the copyright owner has set forth limited warranty information and disclaimers of any liability. Please be aware that as this project is voluntary, the parent company declines all responsibilities for any support packages or future updates for free users. Although commercial clients may buy support hours thus receiving training in an effort to provide a quality service.

The term, prohibited use, will refer to use which is not authorized by us or by the software creator. The end user shall not use or permit the use of the software for any purpose which could affect the meaning of, or modification to, the binary code and will not participate in any reverse engineering of the products for personal or professional gain. Such use is expressly prohibited.

By licensing the software rather than selling a physical copy to a user, the user does not 'own' a copy of the software, and the copyright owner is able to prevent the user from appropriating the subsequent sales. All users are subject to the terms and conditions of this licensing agreement. All licensees may not engage in the repackaging or distribution of the software with various installers containing malware or any adware functionality in any form.

Our distribution agreement states that the end software user cannot under any circumstances, change, in any way, our copyrights or give disparate names to our products in an effort to gain financial or material consideration. For all products and computer software, users are unable to modify, sell, make derivative works from, sublicense, market or distribute in any way prohibited by this agreement. Users may exchange our binaries amongst themselves and others as a good will effort instead.
