Anyone may use this software during a trial period of 30 days. Following this trial period of 30 days, if you wish to continue to use THE SOFTWARE, you MUST register. Exam Pro software distribution is prohibited. Only package distribution is allowed. Royalty free distribution right is for the packaged tests and not for the Exam Pro software itself.

One registered copy of "Exam Pro" software can be installed only on a single workstation. In case of network use, licensee agrees to purchase site licenses or at least the total number of single copies of this software to equal or exceed the total number of network stations on which "Exam Pro" software resides. The registered "Exam Pro" software may not be rented or leased.

Licensee acknowledges that monetary damages may not be an adequate remedy for any breach or violation and agrees that, in addition to any other remedies at law, www.exam-software.com shall be entitled to obtain injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to restrain any such breach or violation. In case of disputes concerning this EULA, prevailing party may recover its reasonable attorney's fees and costs from losing party.

YOU CAN DISTRIBUTE/SELL YOUR OWN .EXM FILES (i.e. QUESTION BANK) CREATED USING REGISTERED "EXAM PRO" SOFTWARE TO ANYONE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU LICENSED TO DISTRIBUTE .EXM FILES OR PACKAGED TESTS CREATED BY THE TRIAL VERSION OF "EXAM PRO" SOFTWARE.

YOU CAN INSTALL PACKAGED TESTS ON UNLIMITED NUMBER OF COMPUTERS. YOU HAVE ROYALTY FREE DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS TO DISTRIBUTE/SELL YOUR PACKAGED TESTS (i.e. QUESTION BANK) PROVIDED YOU HAVE AT LEAST ONE LICENSE OF EXAM PRO SOFTWARE. IN OTHER WORDS YOU HAVE TO USE PACKAGED TESTS FOR YOUR PURPOSE ONLY. YOU CANNOT CREATE PACKAGED TESTS FOR DISTRIBUTION FOR THIRD PARTIES WHO DO NOT HAVE LICENSE OF EXAM PRO SOFTWARE. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

WWW.EXAM-SOFTWARE.COM DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.
