EzWagez Single-User License Agreement

Important: Read this license agreement before clicking on "Next". Clicking "Next" indicates acceptance of, and legally binds you and your company to the terms and conditions set forth below.

The EzWagez software, including but not limited to the code, sample programs, and documentation (collectively known as the "Software"), is owned by Jigaro Software and is protected by U.S. copyright laws and international treaties.

GRANT OF SINGLE-USER LICENSE.
Jigaro Software grants to you, one user (the "Licensee") the non-exclusive right to use the Software according to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Jigaro Software reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.

REGISTRATION and LICENSE KEYS.
EzWagez is currently provided free of charge.

PRODUCTION and DISTRIBUTION of SINGLE-USER LICENSE KEY and SOFTWARE.
Only Jigaro Software and its licensed partners may produce and distribute this Software. Production and distribution of the Software is authorized solely by Jigaro Software.

OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE.
Jigaro Software retains the copyright, title, and ownership of the Software and the written materials regardless of the form or media in or on which the original and other copies may exist. Jigaro Software retains all intellectual property rights, including and without limitation, trade secret, patent, trademark, and copyright, in the software.

ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS.
You, the licensee, are not authorized and agree not to modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon, in whole or in part, the Software, or to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. You are not authorized and agree not to sublicense, publish, rent, lease, loan, or resell the Software without prior written permission from Jigaro Software.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR AVAILABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE IS OFFERED. You also agree that it is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of any calculations with your personal tax advisor.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
ANY LIABILITY OF JIGARO SOFTWARE OR ITS OWNERS WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT. JIGARO SOFTWARE AND ITS OWNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF JIGARO SOFTWARE OR ITS OWNERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

GOVERNMENT END USERS.
The Software is provided with Restricted Rights. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the commercial computer Software - Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable. The Manufacturer is Jigaro Software, 670 Island Way suite 302, Clearwater FL 33767, USA

GENERAL.
In the event that any provision in this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Any attempt to sublicense, assign, or transfer the rights, duties, or obligations hereunder is void. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

TERM.
This license is effective until terminated. This License will terminate automatically without notice from Jigaro Software if you fail to comply with any provision of this License. Upon termination, you shall destroy all the written materials and all copies of the Software, including modified copies, if any.

UNINSTALLING
To uninstall EzWagez, use the Add Remove Programs utility in the Windows control panel.
