End User License Agreement

This end user license agreement is a legal agreement between you (either a private or a legal person) and Kra-Tronic Corp. for the use of 'Hyperlink List Generator' software, which only can be used, if you have a valid license for the 'Hyperlink List Generator'.
By downloading and installing 'Hyperlink List Generator' software you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

1. License
When you purchase one license key for 'Hyperlink List Generator' software, you are entitled to use one copy of the program on any single computer, provided the software is in use on only one computer at any time.
If you have purchased multiple licenses for the program, then at any time you may have as many copies of the program in use as you have licenses.
When you purchase a site license, you are entitled to use the 'Hyperlink List Generator' software on any computer in one site. A site license is meant for a single unit of a company. A company unit can have several buildings in a city. To use the 'Hyperlink List Generator' software in different branches (normally located in different cities) a worldwide license is needed.
When you purchase a worldwide license, you are entitled to use the 'Hyperlink List Generator' software on any computer in any site owned by one company.
A site license or a worldwide license does not cover PCs outside the company !
