END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA")

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single

entity) and Morgan Palmer, which may include associated software components, media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation

("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms

of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.

Terms and Conditions:

1. FREEWARE LICENSE

The Software is being distributed as Freeware. You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the Software without any charge.

2. Upgrades

Program upgrades are announced on our website. Suggestions for new features or other improvements will be gratefully received and given careful

consideration. When you offer suggestions, you give us full permission to make any use of them that we see fit.

3. Technical Support

Technical support is available via e-mails only. We're sorry, but it is not economical for us to provide free phone support.

4. Redistributing

You may make copies of the Software as you wish; give exact copies of the original Software to anyone; and distribute the Software in its unmodified

form via electronic means. You may not charge any fees for the copy or use of the Software itself. You must not represent in any way that you are

selling the Software itself. Your distribution of the Software will not entitle you to any compensation from the Software developer. You must distribute a

copy of this EULA with any copy of the Software and anyone to whom you distribute the Software is subject to this EULA.

5. COPYRIGHT

All right, title and interest in and to the Software (including the copyrights in the Software and including, but not limited to, any images, photographs,

animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the Software), the accompanying printed materials (if any), and any copies of the

Software are owned by the Software developer. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Except as permitted by

applicable law and this License, you may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Software.

6. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:
* Sell, rent, lease, or lend the Software.
* Modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, analyze, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
* Remove, alter, or obscure the copyright, trademark, proprietary, or other notices from the software or any of its screen displays.
* Use the software to provide support services or time-sharing services to any other party.
* Use the Software to perform any unauthorized transfer of information or for any illegal purpose.
* Use or incorporate the software or any portion thereof in any other product without the prior written permission of the Software developer.

TERMINATION
The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described above. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the

Software and Documentation.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

We expressly disclaims any warranty for the Software. THE SOFTWARE AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT

WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY,

FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE

SOFTWARE REMAINS WITH YOU.
