Application Content
The glossary includes more than 2,000 carefully selected German words, which are divided into more than 40 thematic areas, such as food, family, home, human body, clothing and more. The words are always accompanied by pictures and their pronunciation, which makes it easier for you to remember them. In addition, the application also includes hundreds of useful German collocations and phrases, which will come in handy while you're eating out, staying at a hotel, seeing a doctor, etc. On top of that, using the User Topics Editor, you can easily extend your vocabulary range by adding new German words accompanied by your own images and pronunciation.

Simple methodology suitable for everyone
You will learn each word in steps. This will ensure that you are first able to understand each word based on its german pronunciation and then able to write it. This is a much better and far more effective way to master and remember words than when learning through traditional teaching methods using textbooks or other educational applications.

Effective revision
Words you have learnt need to be revised over and over again. A proper interval is crucial for effective revision. Our software monitors your answers for every single word and the interval till the next revision is set according to the program’s assessment of your answers and the frequency with which you revise each word. You will therefore always revise only those words that need to be revised and, as a result, you will always remember the words and phrases you have learned.

Fun exercises
You can do fun exercises and play games to liven up the learning and practice of the german vocabulary. These include solving word search puzzles, unscrambling words, playing simple pairs games and more.

THE END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This license agreement is a contract between you, as either an individual or a business entity (hereinafter 'User'), and company 1st EasySoft, Seifertova 763, 54931 Hronov, Czech Republic (hereinafter 'LICENSOR'). This license agreement establishes the User's right to use the software LINGWA Vocabulary (hereinafter 'SOFTWARE'). By installing and using the SOFTWARE you acknowledge that you have read the agreement and that you agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you are not authorized to use this SOFTWARE.

THE SOFTWARE LICENSE
This SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright agreements, as well as other laws and agreements on intellectual property rights.

GRANT OF LICENSE
On the basis of this agreement, you are granted the right to install and use this SOFTWARE in accordance with the type of license you own:

Trial version
The trial version is provided free of charge and its distribution is not limited. The trial version provides users with only limited access to vocabulary. In order to gain access to the other spheres of vocabulary, the USER is obliged to purchase an activation key in accordance with the license in which the USER wants to use the SOFTWARE.

License for personal use
The USER is authorized to properly install the SOFTWARE and use it on 3 different computers at the same time on condition that the USER owns the computers and will use the SOFTWARE for only personal non-commercial purposes.

School license
Only schools and other educational institutions may purchase the school license. The license authorizes the USER to install and use the SOFTWARE on an agreed number of computers, which are the property of a school or educational institution.
This license does not entitle the USER to install and use the SOFTWARE on personal computers of students or school staff.

DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
Reverse engineering, decompilation and modification of the SOFTWARE are not allowed, with the exception and only to the extent that is explicitly permitted by an applicable law which takes precedence over this limitation.
The license for the SOFTWARE is issued for the product as a whole. The files and components that are part of the SOFTWARE shall not be used in other applications without the permission of the LICENSOR.
The transfer of the license to third parties without the prior written consent of the LICENSOR is not allowed.

TERMINATION/EXPIRATION OF THE AGREEMENT
The agreement will terminate should the USER violate any section of this agreement. Upon the termination of the agreement, the LICENSOR is authorized to perform deactivation of the activation key(s) and thus prevent the USER from further using the SOFTWARE.

WARRANTY
The LICENSOR expressly disclaims any warranties for the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE and all related documentation are licensed 'as is', without any warranty, whether expressed or implied. The USER shall bear the entire risk associated with the use of the SOFTWARE. In no event shall the LICENSOR be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the SOFTWARE.
