License Agreement

By using the software (Member Manager) you state that you
agree to the terms and conditions of this license agreement.

The Trial Edition can be used free of charge for up to 28 days
to trial/evaluate the software. If you find the software useful
and wish to continue using the software after the trial period,
you can purchase and upgrade to the Silver or Gold edition.

The Silver Edition and Gold Edition features can only be used
by an individual/organization/group who has purchased a
license for that appropriate edition, for the number of computers
that the software is licensed. You may not give your
activation details for the software to anyone
else, attempt to bypass product activation, extend the trial period
or use activation details belonging to someone else or that you
have not purchased.

Purchasers of the Silver Edition will receive product support via
e-mail for a period of 6 months. Purchasers of the Gold Edition
will receive product support via e-mail for a period of 12 months.
Product support starts from the date of purchase.

As part of this support period, they will receive updates to any
new version of the software released during this time, at no extra cost.

After the support period ends, the purchaser can still use the full
version of the software without any obligation to renew support or make
any additional purchases.

Product support and updates may not be transferred to any
other product or service. Product support will be provided for
general usage of the software and any problems or issues
encountered while using the product. There may be additional costs
for additional services, for example customisation, on-site support
or transferring data.

No user data is collected while using the trial edition, or during use
of the full version (for example via spyware, or automatically sending
data to the developer). If and when you purchase the full version, we
will keep your contact details and information on the sale (that you
provide when you purchase the full version) on file - this will help
us verify that you are a registered user in the event that you need us
to resend your activation details, require product support and notify you
of any updates to the software. This information will also be used for
accounting/tax purposes.

Your personal data will not be shared with any third party without your
prior consent. If you have any concerns or questions about the data we hold
about you, or you wish to view, amend or remove any data we hold about you,

By using this software, you state that you understand that
other then where specified or agreed, this software comes with
no warranty or liability whatsoever. While every effort is made
to ensure the software is free from defects, the developer shall
not accept any liability for any damage that is caused by use of
the software.

The software remains the copyright of Simon Pittman. Any
modification of the software or any of its files is not
permitted. You can redistribute copies of files created
using the software.

The developer reserves the right to change, amend and update
these terms and conditions.

You are responsible for ensuring compliance to any laws and
regulations, including data protection. You are also responsible
for the security of your data. The software must not be used
for any illegal activities.
