Operating license:
A Single User License grants a user non-exclusive right to use the licensed program only on a single computer. Licensed user may use the program on different computers, but may not use the program on more then one computer at the same time. In group projects where multiple persons will use the program, you must purchase an individual license for each member of the group (or purchase site license).

A Site License grants an organization non-exclusive right to use the licensed program on number of computers specified in the site license. The organization can install the licensed program on a file server of local area network, provided that the organization has the facility in place to make sure the maximum concurrent users will not exceed the number of license.

Back-up: You may make one copy of the program solely for 'back-up' purposes, as prescribed by international copyright laws. You must reproduce and include the copyright notice on the back-up copy.

Terms: This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by destroying the program, the documentation and copies thereof. This license will also terminate if you fail to comply with any terms or conditions of this agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy all copies of the program and of the documentation, or return them to NJStar Software Corp. for disposal.

Other rights and restrictions: All other rights and restrictions not specifically granted in this license are reserved by NJStar Software Corp..
