You need to go through this document carefully before using NetBull (hereinafter 'SOFTWARE').
This END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (hereinafter 'EULA') is a legal agreement between you
(either an individual or a single entity) and the SOFTWARE authors (hereinafter 'AUTHORS').
By installing, duplicating or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you consent to be bound by the
terms and conditions of the EULA. If you do not consent to the terms and conditions of the
EULA, you must delete the SOFTWARE from your hard disk and/or other storage devices and cease
to use it immediately.


1. GRANT OF LICENSE

The AUTHORS grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the SOFTWARE.
The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold, to you by the AUTHORS. The trial version of the SOFTWARE
can be used for 7 days. In the case of the full version, the SOFTWARE never expires and can be
used for unlimited time.

2. LEGAL

The SOFTWARE must be used in a lawful manner and for a lawful purpose. You agree and accept
that you must be the authorized computer administrator, the owner of the computer or you must
have the permission from the owner of the computer to install the SOFTWARE. You don't have the
right to install the SOFTWARE if you are not the computer administrator, the owner of the
computer or do not have the installation permission from the owner of the computer. If you
intend to monitor your employees, you could be legally obliged to inform your employees that
they are being monitored.

Prior to using the SOFTWARE it is end user's responsibility to ensure that the use of the
SOFTWARE will not violate any legal or regulatory provisions. It is strongly recommended to
check and comply with the local laws/regulations in your district/country. The AUTHORS will
not be responsible for the SOFTWARE misuse by any customer using the SOFTWARE outside of our
EULA. Any improper use is the sole responsibility of the person committing the action.

3. OWNERSHIP

The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by the AUTHORS. Your license confers no ownership of the
SOFTWARE. You may not sell, lend, or lease the SOFTWARE. You may not sub-license, assign or
transfer the license or SOFTWARE to third parties.

4. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights in the SOFTWARE are owned by the AUTHORS and are protected by
law, including but not limited to United States copyright, trade secret, and trademark law, as
well as other applicable laws and international treaty provisions.

5. LIMITATION ON REVERSE ENGINEERING

You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or create derivative works of the SOFTWARE.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

You acknowledge that the SOFTWARE is offered on an 'AS-IS' basis, no warranty of any kind is
expressed or implied. The AUTHORS do NOT warrant that the SOFTWARE will meet your requirements
or that the operation of the SOFTWARE will be error free or uninterrupted. Computer software is
inherently subject to bugs and there could be potential incompatibilities with other computer
software and hardware. In no event will the AUTHORS be liable to you or any third party for any
loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from the usage of the SOFTWARE.

7. TERMINATION

This EULA is effective unless terminated or rejected. This EULA will terminate if you fail to
comply with any term or condition of this EULA.
