ENDUSER LICENSE AGREEMENT

NOTICE TO USERS: CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL AGREEMENT. USE OF THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT (THE "SOFTWARE") CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL AND/OR USE THIS SOFTWARE. USER'S USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS CONDITIONED UPON COMPLIANCE BY USER WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.


1. Trialware

This Software is distributed as Trialware. You may use the Software for a trial period, at no cost to you, to determine if it fits your needs. If you decide to use the Software, you must register it and pay the applicable registration fee.

2. License Grant

The Software Product is licensed (not sold) to You. EASYAPPSOFT ("Vendor") owns all copyright, trade secret, patent and other proprietary rights in the Software Product. EASYAPPSOFT grants to you a non-exclusive license to use the enclosed copy of Software in accord with the terms set forth in this License Agreement.

3.Licenses Introduction

Personal License:
A Personal license is an option for private individuals who purchase a license with their own funds, and solely for their own use. you can only intend to use it for private or employment use. And you are preventing from selling, distributing or taking other ways to generate revenue directly with the output of the software.

Academic License:
With Academic License, EASYAPPSOFT offers discounts to a student or employee at a school or non-profit and government-run institutions. Commercial use is prohibited.

Commercial License:
A Commercial license is the standard licensing option for organizations and business entities. Licenses are purchased by the company and can be used by any person within this organization.

Multi-PCs License allows you to copy and use the software on the specific numbers of computers entirely within one particular specified location or on a network at a single site (e.g. office) and is more expensive than purchasing a single copy but less expensive than purchasing a copy for each computer at the site.

4. License Does Not Permit

Licensee may not publicize or distribute any registration code algorithms, information, or registration codes used by this software without permission of EASYAPPSOFT. Licensee may not charge fees for distribution or delivery of the Software without expressed written consent of EASYAPPSOFT. It is strictly forbidden to decompile, modify, or alter the Software for any purpose.

You may not give, transfer or sell multi-user-licensed copies of our product, nor include such copies in, or with products you sell or deliver to any third party users may access the software in any way that is convenient; for example, by accessing copies stored on local hard disks or copies stored on network servers.

5. Distribution

The original TRIAL package of this Software may be freely distributed, as long as no fees are charged, and original packaging and documentation are retained. It is strictly prohibited to sell or rent this Software.

6. Newsletter

By ordering this software you agree to receive our software newsletter with information about Software updates and another offers. Opt-out instructions are included.

7. No Warranty

This software has no warranty of suitability for a particular purpose or satisfactory quality. This Software is provided to licensee "AS IS". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied, you use at your own risk. The author will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software.

IMPORTANT: your license information is stored on our server, so, if you refunded/charged back your payment, or placed a fraudulent order, you will lose your license always.
