This license agreement ('license') is a legal agreement between
you and the owner of this software. By installing or otherwise
using this software you agree to be bound by this agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this
agreement, you may not install or use this software. This license
agreement ('license') permits the holder of an individual license
to install the software program on up to three devices, provided
the software is in use on only one device at any time.
If you have multiple licenses for the software, then at any time
you may have as many copies of the software in use as you have
licenses. A copy of the software is in use when it is loaded into
memory ('RAM'). It is the user's responsibility to ascertain that
the number of concurrent users of the software will not exceed the
number of licenses. If a copy of the software is loaded onto the
hard disk or other storage device of a computer that is assigned
to one individual, then that individual may use one copy
of the software on a portable computer and a home computer.
You are prohibited from sharing, selling, lending, transferring or
distributing your license information, including license keys.

The software may be distributed so long as no modifications are
made and no files are added or removed from the original distribution.
You agree not to translate, disassemble, modify, decompile,
reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the program or
any part thereof. This agreement is automatically terminated without
notice if any provision of this agreement is breached by you.

The owner has attempted to build reasonable safeguards into this
software. As with any computer application, this software may
contain program errors or errors in its documentation.
The owner does not give any warranty, either expressed or
implied, to anyone using this program. The owner does not warrant
that your use of this program will be uninterrupted or error
free. You agree to use this program 'AS IS' and it is your
responsibility to determine whether this program is suitable for
your computer system and your software needs.

Updates and Upgrades Defined:
You understand that this license entitles you to free updates of this
program for the major version at the time of your purchase. Updates
are defined as minor changes, fixes, and other changes to ensure the
program's compatibilty.

You understand that this license grants you free upgrades (new versions
of the program) as released for 90 days from the date of your purchase.
Upgrades are defined as major program changes such as new major features,
additions and enhancements. After 90 days you may have the option to
purchase future upgraded versions at a discount to be determined by
Esumsoft.
