QI Macros SPC Software for Excel is an affordable, easy-to-use Excel add-in for all of your data analysis needs. It draws Pareto charts, histograms with Cp Cpk, box whisker plots, scatter and control charts. It contains over 100 Lean Six Sigma fill-in-the-blank templates such as an automated fishbone diagram, automated value stream map, QFD, DOE, FMEA, PPAP forms and MSA Gage R&R. It performs statistical analysis tests including ANOVA, t-test, F-test, and regression analysis.

This Excel add-in will deliver immediate results in business environments using Grab-It-And-Go Simplicity and mistake-proof selection of data. Your data can be connected or separated or in rows or columns. QI Macros will clean up nonnumeric data, fix any misalignments and use your data as you selected it.

QI Macros wizards contain functionality not included in any other six sigma or statistical process control software. The Control Chart Wizard selects and runs the right control chart for you. The Pivot Table wizard analyzes your data and creates a pivot table for you. The Data Mining wizard combines the power of the Pivot Table and Control chart wizards and automatically creates control charts and pareto charts from a data spreadsheet with one click. The Statistical Wizard selects and runs the right statistical tests and even interprets the results for you (e.g. reject or accept the null hypothesis, mean / variances are the same or different). Mistake-proof your six sigma data and statistical analysis using this powerful tool.

QI MACROS TRIAL LICENSE AGREEMENT:

This limited-use license agreement is a legal agreement between you and KnowWare International Inc. It permits you to use one copy of the QI Macros trial on a single computer. By downloading and installing QI Macros software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. QI Macros is owned by KnowWare International Inc. and protected by U.S. Copyright laws. Any enhancements added to the existing macros are considered the property of KnowWare International Inc. You may not copy, rent, or lease QI Macros or the documentation accompanying it.

Trial versions of QI Macros may be installed in corporate, commercial and educational environments for the duration of the trial (30 days).

QI MACROS PURCHASED LICENSE AGREEMENT

This perpetual use license agreement is a legal agreement between you and KnowWare International Inc. It permits you to use one copy of QI Macros on a single computer. By opening and using the QI Macros software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. QI Macros is owned by KnowWare International Inc. and protected by U.S. Copyright laws. You may transfer one copy to a hard disk. Any enhancements added to the existing macros are considered the property of KnowWare International Inc. You may not copy, rent, or lease QI Macros or the documentation accompanying it.

UNLICENSED USERS

Companies are required to ensure they have purchased licenses for every user. If a company finds they have unlicensed users, they need to purchase new licenses at the undiscounted price of $249 per license plus an upgrade to the most recent version of the software for $99. If a company finds that multiple licensed users loaded a single upgrade, they need to purchase upgrades for the other users at the undiscounted price of $99 per upgrade.

QI MACROS MAINTENANCE POLICY

While every new release of the QI Macros seeks to be backward compatible with as many releases of Windows and Excel as possible, it cannot pretend to be forward compatible with future changes (i.e., service packs and new versions). While the QI Macros seek to support recent Windows and Excel changes, like Microsoft, we do not provide endless support.

To meet varying customer needs, we offer:
• To fix any bug for free as long as it is reported within 12 months of your purchase date.
• To fix any compatibility problems for free that are caused by Microsoft Excel service pack and maintenance releases which occur within 6 months of your purchase date. This does not include new versions of Excel which are released after your purchase date.
• Bugs that are identified and compatibility problems that occur after 6 months will require the customer to purchase an upgrade to the latest version of the QI Macros.
• On-demand upgrades for $99 (lower with quantity discounts). QI Macros licenses purchased within the last five years are eligible for an upgrade. Upgrades can be ordered at https://www.qimacros.com/store/orderup/

QI MACROS UPGRADES AND ENHANCEMENTS

QI Macros are upgraded on a regular basis whenever customers request new functionality or when Microsoft comes out with a new version of Windows or Excel. QI Macros questions are answered free of charge. However, there is a $95 fee for Excel and Statistical Process Control (SPC) coaching (up to 1/2 hour). Customers will be notified in advance if their question is considered an Excel or SPC question requiring payment.
