Copyright. All title and intellectual property rights in and to RESULTS -The Competition Management System application are owned by ProcessIT Limited. ProcessIT Limited reserves all rights not expressly granted. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble or alter RESULTS -The Competition Management System application or any of its parts.
This application is provided to you "as is" without warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. You assume the entire risk as to the accuracy and the use of RESULTS -The Competition Management System application. ProcessIT Limited or its contractors shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use RESULTS -The Competition Management System application.
By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using RESULTS -The Competition Management System application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, ProcessIT Limited is unwilling to license RESULTS -The Competition Management System application to you. In such event, you may not use or copy RESULTS -The Competition Management System application.
You may not rent, lease or sell RESULTS -The Competition Management System application.
Termination: Without prejudice to any other rights, ProcessIT Limited may terminate this License if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions. In such event, you must destroy all copies of RESULTS -The Competition Management System application and all of its component parts. RESULTS -The Competition Management System will expire 18 months after the acceptance of this agreement. Following Expiry your license is terminated. You may then obtain a newer version of RESULTS with it’s applicable License.
This License does not grant you any rights in connection with any trademarks, Brands or service marks.
