LICENSE AGREEMENT

This legal document is an Agreement between you, the END USER, and NSN SOFTWARE. By installing this software, you are agreeing to become bound by the terms of this agreement, which includes a software license and disclaimer of warranty.

GRANT OF LICENSE:

NSN SOFTWARE grants to you, the licensee, non-exclusive right to use this copy of computer program ('the software') with the terms set forth in this document.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

NSN SOFTWARE does not guarantee 100% compatibility and 100% reliability for this software. To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, NSN SOFTWARE shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages related to this software. It is possible that this software may loose its data. The software has its own automatic backup and recovery which may fail also. You are strongly encouraged to backup your data by other means.

FULL VERSION AND PRODUCT KEY:

The licensee can enable the full functionality of the software by purchasing a LICENSE KEY, or PRODUCT KEY. Before doing so, it is strongly recommended to evaluate the trial version. This KEY is valid for up to 2 computers which are owned or operated by the licensee. This KEY maybe transferred from one computer to another computer which is owned or operated by the licensee. The licensee agrees not share this KEY with others without NSN SOFTWARE's consent. If the licensee breaks this agreement, NSN SOFTWARE reserves the right to terminate this license. In addition, NSN SOFTWARE may invalidate the specific KEY for future installations or upgrades.

REDISTRIBUTION:

The installation package for the trial version, or demo version, can be redistributed by third parties or resellers. The installation package must not be modified, except to change the name of the installation file if necessary. The installation file and its executable components have digital signatures for 'NSN Software'. The digital signatures must remain intact. Reverse engineering the software, or any modifications to executable files is strictly prohibited.

PRIVACY:

This software may send the following information to NSN SOFTWARE:
- Version number of the software
- Version number of user's operating system
- The name of installation package (this name may identify the source of the installation package)
END USER may choose to block the transfer of this information.

COPYRIGHT FOR TEMPLATES:

This software may contain simple templates to print calendars or similar documents. END USER may use the templates for personal or commercial use.
