LICENSE AGREEMENT

(1) Vincent Burel (the author) grants you (an individual or a single
entity) a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to copy, install
and use the Software.

(2) The SOFTWARE LICENSE is granted to apply for as long as the intellectual
property of the software shall last according to French and foreign
legislation and the international conventions, including extensions that may
be made to this term by national and international legislation.

(3) All the other rights not expressly stipulated by this Article are
reserved by Vincent BUREL


PURCHASE LICENSE

The Spectralissime Donationware Model allows you to install and use the
application for free and pay a license price between 5 and 100 EUR/USD
when you want, according you means or usage. This is done by going on
VB-Audio Web Shop (shop.vb-audio.com) or click on the “Buy Online” Button
in Spectralissime About Box (see application menu).

Spectralissime License Purchase Process requires a Challenge Code, given
by your application (see About Box) and pending on your computer. A
Response Code is given after order confirmation, to activate your license.

For volume licensing, feel free to contact us to get quotation/invoice


COPY / DIFFUSION

It is allowed to copy and freely diffuse the Spectralissime setup program
AS IS (without any modification). It is not allowed to integrate all or
part of the package in another software installation procedure.

In case of distribution/diffusion you have to mention:
1- The origin of Spectralissime : www.spectralissime.com.
2- Spectralissime is a donationware, all participations are welcome.


LIMITATIONS / RESTRICTIONS

All files are protected by copyright and are property of Vincent Burel
(The Author) according to intellectual property laws and treaties.
Software, files and documents are not public domain, and are protected
by the copyright laws of France. Consequently you may not sublicense,
rent, lease, convey, modify, translate, convert to another programming
language, decompile, disassemble the Software or any of its components
for any purposes.

Purchased license shall apply to the current version of the Software.
Vincent Burel reserves the right within its sole discretion to modify
the terms of its license for all future versions.

WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. VINCENT BUREL (THE AUTHOR) DISCLAIMS ALL
WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE
EXPRESSLY AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED.

THE AUTHOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR
INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE
SOFTWARE EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
