This The MagicBook Software License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (an individual or a single entity), a final user of computer software, and NirP Software for the software product known as The MagicBook. By installing and using the said versions of The MagicBook software, you express your approval of the terms and conditions hereof and you are bound thereby. Should you disagree with the conditions and terms hereof, promptly terminate the use of this software and destroy any copies thereof or delete the program already downloaded.

The translation, reverse engineering, modification or patching of The MagicBook is strictly prohibited. You are granted the right to distribute only The MagicBook instillation software providing that you do not translate, reverse engineer, modify or patch the The MagicBook executable files or documentation in any way. The MagicBook should NOT be distributed in conjunction with any other product without prior permission of NirP Software. The MagicBook should NOT be distributed with any pictures obtained through the MagicBook website following donation. If you have donated or paid for any pictures for use within The MagicBook, you are only entitled to install these pictures onto one computer.

NirP Software reserves the right to revoke any or all distribution rights at any time, for any or no reason.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

NirP Software HAS TESTED THE SOFTWARE EXTENSIVELY IN NUMBER OF DIFFERENT SETUPS, AND COMPUTER SYSTEMS, BUT YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE. NirP Software AND HIS AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OR APPLICATION OF OR ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE SOFTWARE.
