Time Lock is a simple program, which allows to protect your computer against unwanted use. When the computer is locked by the Time Lock software, nobody can access documents on your computer, run programs, browse on the internet, etc. The program allows to lock the computer in the way, that it is not possible to use it. After the password is entered, the computer is unlocked for a desired time period. Than it is possible to work without limitations. After the period has elapsed, the computer is automatically locked.

Time Lock is very often used by parents as a "child lock" for home PC. Simply let your child to play games or browse on the internet only for a certain time period.

Program description:

- You can also lock the computer manually.
- You can unlock the computer for a desired time period.
- After the period has elapsed, the computer is automatically locked.
- Time Lock can not be terminated by using the "Task Manager" or "Ctrl+Alt+Del" key combination.

LICENSE AGREEMENT
This is a legal agreement between the producer - 74.cz, s.r.o. (hereinafter the “producer”) and the user (natural or legal person) of the software product “Time Lock” (hereinafter the “software”). The software including entire documentation is an ownership of the producer and is protected by copyright and international copyright treaties. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, you are not allowed to install, copy even use the software.

Rights
Under this agreement you are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the software for the duration of the agreement. The number of copies which are the user allowed to use at the same time is limited by the type of the purchased license.

Restrictions
It is forbidden to reverse engineer, decompile and modify the software in any way or include it into other software. Furthermore, it is forbidden to distribute, rent or lend the software.

Agreement duration
The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. The validity of the agreement expires at the moment, when you contravene the terms of the agreement in that you do whatever out of accord to the terms of this agreement. The agreement also expires when the user installs a newer version of the same software. Then shall come into force the license agreement related to the new version.

Free upgrade
If you are a licensee of an older version of the same software (except the demo version), you are allowed to use this version of the software free of charge.

DEMO version
It is permitted to use the demo version of the software without any charges only in conformity with its purpose. Furthermore, it is permitted to transfer the demo version in an unchanged form to the third parties.

Governing law
If your domicile is in a European Union country, Switzerland or Norway, this agreement shall be governed by the laws of this country. If your domicile is in other country, this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic excluding conflicts of laws principles.
