1.Track management functions:

iDiary4D Professional Edition Software License Terms

The agreement established between the terms of this License Department a copy from you and Trend-go.com Inc. (or its affiliated companies, depending on your place of residence). Please read these licensing terms. These license terms apply to 'iDiary4D Professional Edition, hereinafter referred to as' software '. You received media (if any). These terms apply in any respect of the software.

If you comply with the terms of this License, You may enjoy the following rights.
(1)Installation and use rights.
(a) General provisions. You may only install and use one copy of the software on your device. You can not use the software for any other purpose.
(b) The software may not be spread.
• If you distribute the software and make Trend-go.com Inc. and its subsidiaries and suppliers have been claimed by others, you should be compensation for the loss of Trend-go.com Inc. (including attorneys' fees), so as not to suffer losses, and to come forward on behalf of the defense.
Also you may not:
• Change any of the software copyright, trademark or patent notice;
• Use Trend-go.com Inc. or its subsidiaries or suppliers name, logo or trademark, marketing your products or services;
• Distribute the software together with the malicious, deceptive or unlawful programs;
(2) Mandate. For each payment authorization, Trend-go.com Inc.grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, can not transfer the rights of the authorized and paid royalties allowed using the number of the range shown on your invoice, receipt and use of this software. For each PC to install the software, workstations, or other devices, including wireless devices (hereinafter collectively referred to as 'computer'), are required to pay royalties, but each computer for each operating system only have to install a software. This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying the software and all of its copies of the way. If you do not comply with any term or condition of this Agreement, Trend-go.com Inc. may terminate this Agreement, you agree to destroy the Software and all of its copy.
(3) A backup copy. You can make a backup copy. The backup copy can only be used to reinstall the software.
(4)Migrate to other devices. You can uninstall the software, then install the altar of your customers to other devices. You may not be shared between devices, this authorization.
(5) Support services. This software is provided 'as is', the Company may not provide the software support services, the Company reserves all changes to this software as well as the right to stop the service.
(6) Governing Law. The contract validity, interpretation, performance matters related to interpretation note in accordance with the laws of the ROC. The two sides agreed to suit at law matters as a result of this Agreement, the Taiwan Taipei District Court as court of first instance.
(7) Guarantees declaration. Software license, such as described in the terms of the contract. You must own risk. Trend-go.com Inc. does not provide express warranties, guarantees or conditions. The laws of your area may provide additional consumer rights, the contract can not be changed. You belong to the local laws permit, the Trend-go.com Inc. can be ruled out of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or infringement implied warranties.
(8) Relief rights and liability for damage limitation and exclusion. You can not be any damage, including consequential damages, lost profits, special damages, consequential damages or incidental damage to claim compensation.
This restriction applies to
• software, services, third party Web sites (including any matters related to the code) or third party programs; and
• within the scope permitted by applicable law, breach of contract, guarantee, warranty or condition, strict liability, negligence or other tort law claim litigation.
Trend-go.com Inc. is known or ought to know the likelihood of the damage, this restriction still applies. In addition, you belong to the country may not allow incidental damages, consequential damages or other damages be excluded or limited, this situation may also cause the above limitation or exclusion does not apply to you.
