Dual Heights Demorize is a feature rich, high quality, out-of-the-box software for creation and display of Digital Signage and Motion Graphics.

This software helps corporations to drastically reduce the time, effort and cost of creating dynamic information screens.

Demorize allows you to create vibrant and effective information screens that automatically update themselves with the latest available information.
The data presented by the software can be automatically collected from network based data sources such as databases, network files or even Internet sources such as RSS-feeds and web pages.

The Demorize system presents everything in real-time, assuring that the presented data is up to date on all displays throughout your company as soon as it is published on your network. The presentations do not even have to be the same on different displays - each display can run its own presentation and is thus giving meaningful information for each intended audience.

You don't need any prior knowledge of digital signage and no advanced computer network or hardware skills to get it up and running. All you need is a computer connected to a display or television and the Demorize software. Everything you need is available through one integrated graphical user interface.

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH THE RIGHTS BEING LICENSED TO YOU FOR USE OF THIS SOFTWARE.

Dual Heights Software hereby gives you a non-exclusive right to use the Demorize software (the Software) as long as you follow the conditions set forth by this agreement.

You may:
- use the Software on any computer to which you have a valid license to run the software;
- copy the Software for archival purposes, provided any copy contains all of the original Software's proprietary notices.

You may not:
- use the Software if you do not have a valid license to run it;
- use any one license on more than one computer simultaneously;
- circumvent the licensing system;
- modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software
- create derivative works based on the Software;
- copy or redistribute the Software or any of the materials that comes with the Software (except as specified above);
- rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the Software;
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

TERMINATION.

The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described above. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

The Software is provided on an AS IS basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is borne by you.
Should the Software prove defective, you and not Dual Heights Software assume the entire cost of any service and repair.
