EQUATRAN Single User License Agreement

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE.

This license agreement applies to EQUATRAN and any accompanying files (collectively referred to as 'the SOFTWARE').

By installing the SOFTWARE, you are considered to have accepted this agreement.

1. GRANT OF LICENCE. The SOFTWARE can be used in either a trial mode, or in licensed mode if a licence has been purchased and activated.

1(a). TRIAL MODE You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the SOFTWARE on a single computer for evaluation purposes only, for a maximum period of 30 days.
1(b). LICENSED MODE You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable one year license to install and use the SOFTWARE on a single computer.

2. DISTRIBUTION. The SOFTWARE may be installed on a single computer. However, it must not be installed on a computer which can be accessed by multiple users through a network.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. The SOFTWARE is the intellectual property of PreFEED Corporation. You must not disassemble the SOFTWARE or sell it to another party.

4. SUPPORT. Technical support will be provided to both Trial Mode and Licensed Mode users according to the support policy defined on our website at www.equatran.com. Please visit http://www.equatran.com/support/support-policy.asp in your browser for detail.

5. LIABILITY. The software is supplied without warranties of any kind. PreFEED Corporation does not accept any liabilities which may arise directly or indirectly from its use.

6. GOVERNING LAW. This agreement is governed by the laws of Japan.
