1. Open the programs you want to use for the session and close all programs that distract you from your work
2. Add webpages to the list you use during the session
3. Add phone numbers from the people that are allowed to call you.

Start the session and begin to work.

You can use FocusOS with every browser and all software on Windows for blocking and whitelisting. The application is extendable with the free Android App from Google Play, which blocks the calls.
