OUTLOOK EXPORT WIZARD End User License Agreement The Outlook Export Wizard (software) is distributed as "free trial". This means:
1. All copyrights to software are exclusively owned by the author OUTLOOKIMPORT.COM (Outlook Import Software)
2. Anyone may use this software in Trial/Demo mode without limits on use. You should purchase and register software to remove all shareware restrictions.
3. Software is distributed under two basic user license types, these are:
a. Single-user license This license is for home use only and allows the program to be installed and used on one CPU which is not accessed by other users locally or over a network. The software will only be used on a single computer, and other users will not be able to access or run the software while connected to your computer.
b. Enterprise license This license for corporate use and provides access to software at a single corporate location, it also allows the commercial use of software licensed per machine/seat. This license requires that you purchase a license for each client computer and/or device where access to services is needed.
Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use software on as many computers as defined by the licensing terms above according to the number of licenses purchased, for any legal purpose.
The registered software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, in it's entirety, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.
4. The Software Trial/Demo version may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified in any way.
a. No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package with the exception of the software components, without written permission of the copyright owner.
b. The software Trial/Demo version may not be distributed inside of any other software package without written permission of the copyright owner.
