Since Microsoft Outlook uses PST files to store all kinds of objects - from notes and contacts to messages and calendar tasks - bulk exporting of objects to individual files and folders on the hard drive may turn out to be a serious problem. For instance, you may want to export some messages, save them in the HTML format on your hard drive and later upload them to your web server for public access. Or you may want to save a couple of hundred email messages in the RTF format for subsequent formatting and editing. Although you can theoretically do this manually, it will take you an inadequate amount of time to complete this task, so the only solution here would be to use an export automation tool, such as Outlook Export Wizard!
Outlook Export Wizard is a compact, flexible, functional and remarkably fast export tool that can be used for exporting all kinds of objects from Outlook PST files and creating full backups of PST file data. Outlook Export Wizard will help you perform a migration of your Outlook messages into "The Bat!" and other RFC822-based email clients, back up entire PST files preserving their folder structure, as well as export specific items, such as calendar tasks and notes, and save them for further importing into third-party solutions.

The Outlook Export Wizard (software) is distributed as "free trial".
This means:

1. All copyrights to software are exclusively owned by the
author OUTLOOKIMPORT.COM (Outlook Import Software)

2. Anyone may use this software in Trial/Demo mode without limits on use.
You should purchase and register software to remove all shareware restrictions.

3. Software is distributed under two basic user license types, these are:

a. Single-user license
This license is for home use only and allows the program to be installed and
used on one CPU which is not accessed by other users locally or over a network.
The software will only be used on a single computer, and other users will not
be able to access or run the software while connected to your computer.

b. Enterprise license
This license for corporate use and provides access to software at a single
corporate location, it also allows the commercial use of software licensed
per machine/seat. This license requires that you purchase a license for each
client computer and/or device where access to services is needed.

Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use
software on as many computers as defined by the licensing terms above
according to the number of licenses purchased, for any legal purpose.

The registered software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently
transferred, in it's entirety, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms
of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the
update and all previous versions.

4. The Software Trial/Demo version may be freely distributed, with exceptions
noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified in any way.

a. No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package with
the exception of the software components, without written permission of the
copyright owner.

b. The software Trial/Demo version may not be distributed inside
of any other software package without written permission of the copyright owner.

c. Hacks/cracks, keys or key generators may not be included on the same distribution.
