Our printable invoice templates are highly customizable. Since they are Excel sheets you have all the tools provided by Microsoft Excel to adjust various form settings, not only colors and fonts. For example, you can adjust what to print by changing the print area definition of the sheet, controlling paper margins, even adding watermark background.
The sample invoice format shown on the screenshot is designed for a print shop. There are more than four hundred templates available on InvoicingTemplate. All our templates work with our Invoice Manager for Excel invoicing program, but you can also use an Excel template separately without installing Invoice Manager, which enables you to create and print invoice easily.
