CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LICENSE AGREEMENT. YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT BY CONTINUING WITH THE INSTALLATION.

License Grant

'You' means the person or company who is being licensed to use the
software and documentation. 'We,' 'us,' and 'our' each mean the business referred to as 'Tracy Solutions, Inc.' or 'Tracy Computer Solutions, Inc.' The 'software' means 'The Vault' software and documentation to which this license applies.

We hereby grant you a nonexclusive trial license to install and use
this software for a period of 90 days.

After the initial trial period, you must either purchase a license for
the software or uninstall the trial versions of the software. Continued use without purchasing a license is a violation of this license agreement.

In all cases the license is valid for the same user only. A license for
each user that accesses the program must be purchased. The user to which the software is licensed can install and use the software on as many as 3 machines concurrently.

When you purchase the software, you will be provided with a license key
that will allow you to continue as a licensed user. This key must not be disclosed to anyone other than Tracy Solutions, Inc. You are responsible for this key once it is issued. You must not reveal this key to any third party. Sharing this key with anyone else is a violation of this agreement.

The software and documentation are protected by United States, and
other copyright laws and international treaties. You must treat the software and documentation like any other copyrighted material.

Things you may not do

You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile this product in
any way.
You may not make any attempt to discover the source code of the
software.
You may not attempt to circumvent the security of this software in any
way.
You may not modify the software in any way.
You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or share the license key in any
manner.

Title

We remain the owner of all rights, title, and interest in the software
and documentation.

Copies

You may copy and distribute the software in its complete state. You must not remove any of the documentation, copyrights, or copyrighted material.
The software can only be distributed in its original packaged form as is typically provided by Tracy Solutions, Inc. The license key may not be shared or redistributed.

Transfers

This license is non-transferable.

Warranty

This software is sold as is.
There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face thereof.
There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Remedy

You assume all of the risk with the use of this software. You
agree that we are not liable for any damages in any event. This
includes but is not limited to: lost profits, lost savings, and
other incidental or consequential damagers arising from the use
of, or the inability to use the software as well as any claim by
any other party.

Term and Termination

This license agreement takes effect upon your use of the software
and remains effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any
time by destroying all copies of the software, documentation, and
license key in your possession, including uninstalling installed
instances. It will also automatically terminate if you fail
to comply with any term or condition of this license agreement. You
agree, on termination of this license, to destroy all copies of the
software, documentation, and license key in your possession.

Confidentiality

The software contains trade secrets and proprietary know-how that
belong to us, and it is being made available to you in strict
confidence. ANY USE OR DISCLOSURE OF THE SOFTWARE, OR OF ITS
ALGORITHMS, PROTOCOLS, OR INTERFACES, OTHER THAN IN STRICT ACCORDANCE
WITH THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, IS FORBIDDEN, AND MAY BE ACTIONABLE AS
A VIOLATION OF OUR TRADE SECRET RIGHTS.

General Provisions

1. This license agreement is the exclusive agreement between you
and Tracy Solutions, Inc. concerning the software, documentation and license key and
supersedes any prior purchase order, communication, advertising, or
representation concerning the software.

2. This license agreement may be modified only by a writing signed
by you and Tracy Solutions, Inc.

3. In the event of litigation between you and Tracy Solutions, Inc. concerning the
software and documentation, the prevailing party in the litigation will
be entitled to recover attorney fees and expenses from the other party.
