THIS SOFTWARE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (”EULA”) IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND BSOFTWARE SOLUTIONS. PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE PRODUCT.

Your use, distribution or installation of this copy of TrackIT indicates your acceptance of this License.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST UNINSTALL AND DELETE THE SOFTWARE.

Licensing Terms

TrackIT is protected by copyright and international treaties. All code, files and documentation supplied with TrackIT is the property of bSoftware Solutions.
TrackIT may not be altered, changed, re-coded or modified in any way, under any circumstances.

Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineering is STRICTLY prohibited, you may not destruct, decompile, are strip away any parts of this software.

You may not resell, redistribute or give away TrackIT or any licenses, whether for a profit or not.

You may not attempt to bypass any security or licensing features in an attempt to avoid payment for an official license from us.


Distribution Terms

You may redistribute the TrackIT software in its trial form and in its original state, as available on the bSoftware Solutions website, with no changes or modifications whatsoever.

You may not distribute license keys provided by bSoftware Solutions under any circumstances, and attempt to do will result in all product keys supplied to you becoming invalidated and unusable, with no refund.


Sale Terms

TrackIT is licensed, not sold. You purchase a license key through bSoftware Solutions only, and this allows access to the product. The purchase of a license does not give any kind of ownership over the software, its code, or any of its content.

TrackIT is provided with a 30 day trial period; this period is used for you, the user, to trial the software and to ensure suitability of the product for your needs. The purchase of a license is final, and non-refundable. It is therefore recommended that you make full use of the 30 day trial.

As TrackIT is sold on a license basis, you may only install TrackIT on as many computers as you have licenses. TrackIT licenses are attached to a particular computer once installed, and we must be contacted to approve any transfer of a license, and reserve the right to deny this. Single and multiple licenses are available for purchase from bSoftware Solutions, at the time of writing, bSoftware Solutions are the only suppliers of license keys for the TrackIT software.
You must not attempt to install TrackIT on more computers than you have licenses.


Warrantee

Warrantee covers defects in the software, which prevents successfully installing the software in the buyer's PC. Warrantee does not cover fitness of purpose, not meeting of expectations or needs in the mind of the buyer.

This SOFTWARE PRODUCT, all accompanying files, data and materials, are distributed 'AS IS' and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The user must assume all risk of using the program. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of the agreement.
in no event shall bSoftware Solutions, or its principals, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations, be liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive or any other damages whatsoever relating to the use of TrackIT, including, but not limited to: loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of data.
