Vallum Software is a provider of network monitoring and management solutions. Vallum's flagship solution, the Halo Manager, is a full featured network monitoring and management solution with a NextGen architecture. It is easy to install and use, and there is no complex central server or database to install. The Halo Manager is customizable with special applications called Halo Apps. Halo Apps add functionality to the Halo Manager solution in a modular manner, allowing you to customize Halo Manager to your needs. Halo Apps can have a nearly endless array of capabilities, and are easy to download and install. You can find a growing selection of Halo Apps in the Halo App Store on Vallum's website.

The Halo Manager trial download is a fully-working version for 30 days. You can upgrade to a permanent license at any time during the trial from within the application.

This license applies ONLY to the software files herein, and may not be applicable to any other software offered by VALLUM SOFTWARE LLC, or the GMI FOUNDATION or any technical partner.

This license may be superseded by other written agreements, and conditions granted by Vallum Software, LLC. However, in the absence of any other written agreement, the terms of usage stated herein apply.

If you do not agree to all terms below, please delete the Vallum Halo software program, and discontinue its further use.

Vallum Software grants usage of the Halo Management System and GMI-Agent.exe programs, and other software specifically enclosed herein, for evaluation purposes only, for 30 days after installation of the product.

The end user recognizes that the HALO APP portion of this package is for evaluation only, and will not continuously execute without a purchased license from Vallum Software or its technical partners.

Failure of the licensing mechanism to correctly detect the end of the evaluation period does not void any condition of this agreement. Likewise, any subversion of the licensing mechanism, including techniques that may be published in the public domain, do not remove the 30 day restriction on the software evaluation period. IN ALL CASES AND CIRCUMSTANCES, the end user is responsible for terminating usage of the software after the evaluation period is over, in the absence of any purchased license.

Vallum Software LLC warrants that the signed binary installation package, published by the company, contains software that is free of any known malicious software or intentionally inserted backdoors, viruses, trojans, or other software that may exist to compromise the integrity of any data or system at your site.

EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, THIS PRODUCT AND ANY SUPPORT FROM LICENSOR ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND WITHOUT WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SUPPLIER SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL SUPPLIER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS OR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER RESULTING FROM IMPAIRED OR LOST DATA, SOFTWARE OR COMPUTER FAILURE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE.

USAGE OF THIS PRODUCT AUTOMATICALLY EXEMPTS GMI FOUNDATION, ITS TECHNICAL PARTNERS, SUBSIDIARIES, AND CUSTOMERS FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY USE OR MISUSE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
