LICENSE AGREEMENT. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different License Agreement signed by Assistance and Resources for Computing, Inc., your use of this software you indicates your acceptance of this License Agreement and Warranty. The terms of this License, as well as the WiFiLimit features and interface design are subject to change in future versions.

COPYRIGHT. All copyrights to WiFiLimit are exclusively owned by Assistance and Resources for Computing, Inc., or its suppliers. All Rights are, hereby, Reserved.

DISTRIBUTION. The original unmodified ShareWare version may be freely transferred to other parties except that this is not allowed to be done for profit.

GRANT OF LICENSE. Upon receipt of the required Licensing fee by Assistance and Resources for Computing, Inc., the product is considered to be Licensed and Registered. Once Registered, a single copy of WiFiLimit may be used on a single business computer. Site Licenses are available for business use.

For personal non-business use, a single license permits use on all personally owned Windows computers. This license is not transferable.

Portions of this program may not be fully operational unless the program is Registered. Once Licensed and Registered, all portions of the program are fully operational.

GOVERNING LAW. This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. This software and the accompanying files is distributed 'as is' and without Warranties as to performance of merchantability or any other Warranties whether expressed or implied. No Warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Neither Assistance and Resources for Computing, Inc., nor any of it's owners, employees or suppliers will be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software. The user assumes the entire risk of using the program. Any liability of the seller will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of purchase price.

TERMINATION. If you do not agree with the terms of this License or fail to comply with the terms of this License, the License is automatically and immediately terminated. You then must immediately cease use of the product and remove the WiFiLimit file(s) from your system's storage devices.
