esProc End-User License Agreement IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND RAQSOFT FOR THE ESPROC SOFTWARE ACCOMPANYING THIS AGREEMENT, WHICH MAY INCLUDE COMPUTER SOFTWARE, ASSOCIATED MEDIA, PRINTED MATERIALS AND ONLINE OR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTATION ("SOFTWARE"). BEFORE CONTINUING WITH THE INSTALLATION OF THE SOFTWARE, YOU MUST READ, ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT THAT FOLLOWS ("AGREEMENT"). RAQSOFT Inc. is the owner of all intellectual property that permitted, rented or sold to you, and is entitled to permit, rent or sell you the intellectual property. RAQSOFT Inc. grants you the nonexclusive license to the use and copy of esProc according to this agreement, and you accept this license agreement. Once you pay off our products, you will acquire the software license according to the agreement. The license grants no other uses beyond this agreement, even it is declared or default. [GRANT OF LICENSE] 1. You can only install, use, access, display, run esProc when the number of the workstation(s) (including server(s)) is equal to the number of user's license(s). 2. You are not allowed to modify the .jar file of esProc system in any way for any purpose. 3. You agree that you will not attempt to reverse compile, modify, analyze, disassemble or research the software in any way for any purpose. [COPY LIMITATION] 1. You agree that you will not copy the software in whole or in part. Exception: You do it just for backup or documentation management, and copy our esProc system in machine readable format. 2. All the permitted copy files should clearly mark the Ownership and Copyright of RAQSOFT Inc. and License Limitation Declaration. And you should keep the permitted copy files safely. [RESTRICTION ON ALIENNATION] 1.Unless agreed in writing by RAQSOFT Inc, you may not allowed to alienate the license or supply esProc software wholly or partly to others 2. You can alienate the esProc and the license to the third party when the third party accepts this license agreement. And your license and authorization will terminate in the meantime. 3. If you alienate the software, you should give all the source files and copy files to the third party, and destroy the undelivered copy files.
